If you need to return something, it's simple!
Items purchased from SHACI are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days from date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Only items that are specifically marked as SALE (on product page and/or invoice) cannot be returned.
- Within 7 days of delivery date, email email@example.com
- You will receive a RA# with instructions and info for the return
- Put all items to be returned in a box/package
- Place invoice in the box
- Ship the order back to us
Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company. SHACI is not responsible for returns having to do with duty/import tax, return postage fees, or anything other than your order amount.
Store credit will be issued to the customer if we are unable to refund the original form of payment (i.e. expired card). We DO NOT refund International Shipment's delivery charges.
ALL ITEMS ORDERED WITH A DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
