Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your item, and it has not been washed or altered, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. If you have any recommendations or comments, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us at customerservice@shacithelabel.com 

To return a product, please email us at customerservice@shacithelabel.com, giving us your name, address and order number. We will respond promptly with further shipping instructions and an return authorization number. Please clearly print the authorization number somewhere on the package. When we receive it, we will refund you. At this time, Shaci will not cover shipping costs for returns but we will cover everything else. It is our highest priority to make sure you are satisfied and to constantly improve our product. 

At this time we are unable to process exchanges – if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and then place another order for the alternative selection. (But it doesn't hurt to email us at customerservice@shacithelabel.com and we will try to accommodate you).
